Hello, my name is Caroline and I have recently moved to Brunei. I work as a health visitor but even with this job, during these testing times I find time to bake. Over the years, I have collected many recipes and now more than ever, I have found they have taken on a new meaning. Unable to shop as frequently, using up your tinned goods that have been hanging around in the back of the cupboard can actually create a little bit of happiness!
Cans, tins jars or packets from the cupboard can be used to turn ordinary ingredients into extraordinary cakes!

Basic ingredients to have on hand for cupboard cakes include;

Eggs
Sugar (caster or soft brown)
Butter or oil
